55th Anniversary Social Media Activation Campaign

 

Challenge

Its Brand 55th Anniversary year and Brand has so many exciting events about to run during the year, but the pandemic hits and everything comes to a halt.

 

Strategy

Due to the pandemic, we decided to launch the campaign #the55yearsSupporter on social media and enhance the traffic rate of the brand’s official website. Keeping in mind the objective to reward and show appreciation to fans, we conceptualized a series of activities to help brand build relationship with their supporters.

#the55yearsSupporter Contest

We activated the #the55yearsSupporter campaign by inviting fans to record a video wishing Chek Hup “Happy Birthday”. 55 winners were chosen to win RM55 OFF e-voucher. We also compiled a video of all birthday wishes from the fans to be featured on Chek Hup social media.

Flash deal

In order to create excitement, we introduced a flash deal in conjunction of Chek Hup 55th Anniversary. 55 units of 55% OFF e-vouchers were given out. Audiences had to snatch the limited quantity e-vouchers on first come first served basis.
