  • Challenge

    K-POP has massive cultural influence in Malaysia, especially among beauty consumers. The challenge was to transform a high-traffic Watsons retail space into an immersive environment that excites fans, encourages participation, and converts fandom into purchase.

  • Solution

    We created a dedicated K-POP Land zone within Watsons, designed as an immersive fan experience. Interactive touchpoints, exclusive merchandise, and limited-edition collectibles turned the space into a UGC hotspot and high-intent retail destination. Fans came to experience their idols and left with products in hand.
