Sony realized that many users are unaware of the features of their products. Thus, the brand aims to create awareness by providing more information highlighting the product features and “how-to-use” their product.
Video content is highly effective. However, instead of using the standard step-by-step tutorial that may seem technical, long, and bored, we decided to deliver the messages through storytelling approach as it can drive more engagement by capturing the audience’s attention.
The product feature is shown by using storytelling method. We developed videos with different scenarios and highlighted how the problem can be solved with the application of its product features. With a more natural way in delivering the message, it can create an emotional connection between brand and the audiences.
